Nowadays, it is obtained mainly from PET plastic waste, such as plastic bottles. This process reduces the production of virgin polyester fibre. It is certified by organisations that monitor the process from the source to the end product. We are currently working with the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and the Recycled Content Standard (RCS).

The order is available within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. To return your purchase from Dott Jeans, your purchase must be in its original condition (with all its tags and in excellent condition, unused, unscented, unaltered, with all its tags)

You have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to return your Dott Jeans purchase, and your purchase must be in its original condition (with all tags attached and in perfect condition - unused, fragranced, unaltered, with all tags attached).

exchange, once we receive your order we will send the courier to receive the item within 4 business days, except for Egypt upper 6 business days for dispatch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Refund & exchange policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after placing the order.
To request a refund of purchases.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, unscented, with tags, barcode, tag, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent to us without first requesting a purchase refund will not be accepted.
