CARE FOR WATER
These garments are produced with technologies that reduce water consumption in their production processes.

The garment dyeing and washing processes consume the largest amount of water. Using closed circuits that allow us to reuse water or employing technologies such as low bath ratio machines or mass dyeing, which reduce water consumption, helps us to preserve freshwater resources.

CARE
Caring for your clothes is caring for the environment.
To lengthen the life of denim garments, always turn them inside out and wash them at low temperatures. This will help you preserve their colors and the structure of the fabric, as well as reduce energy consumption.

Care for fiber & water: at least 50% ecologically grown cotton.

We work with monitoring programs to ensure compliance with our social, environmental, and health and safety standards for our garments.

To assess compliance, we have developed a program of audits and continuous improvement plans.

ECOLOGICALLY GROWN COTTON
Ecologically grown cotton is grown using natural fertilizers and pesticides.

CERTIFICATIONS
We only use ecologically grown cotton certified by organizations that monitor the process from the raw material to the final product. At present, we work with:

Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)

HOW TO RETURN

The order is available within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. To return your purchase from Dott Jeans, your purchase must be in its original condition (with all its tags and in excellent condition, unused, unscented, unaltered, with all its tags)

You have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to return your Dott Jeans purchase, and your purchase must be in its original condition (with all tags attached and in perfect condition - unused, fragranced, unaltered, with all tags attached).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Refund & exchange policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after placing the order.
To request a refund of purchases.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, unscented, with tags, barcode, tag, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent to us without first requesting a purchase refund will not be accepted.
